If your app's source is public, it doesn't count against your app allowance. Add the repository URL when you add the app; we check that the bundle id appears in the repository, and mark it as open source.

Questions people actually ask
Is there an event limit?
No. Batches are rate-limited per key to keep ingest healthy, and that limit is well past what a normal app produces.
What does "90 day history" mean exactly?
How far back a range can reach. Raw events are kept 90 days — the default window and the shortest we will run — on every tier; daily rollups are what longer ranges read from.
What if I stop paying?
Ingest keeps working and the dashboard falls back to Free limits. Nothing is deleted on downgrade beyond ordinary retention.
Can I just self-host?
Yes, free and forever — it's the same backend we run. You bring your own Cloudflare account and skip the dashboard.
