1. What this covers
These terms govern your use of the hosted service at app.swiftstats.co. The Swift package and Cloudflare backend are separately MIT licensed; nothing here restricts your use of them.
2. Your account
Sign-in is by emailed link, so you are responsible for the security of your email account. Anyone you attach to one of your apps can see that app's numbers. You may remove them at any time, and removal takes effect immediately.
3. Your data
The event data your apps send stays yours. We process it to produce your dashboard and nothing else: it is not sold, not shared with advertisers, and not used to train anything. Raw events are kept 90 days — that is both the default and the shortest window we will run — and daily rollups are kept indefinitely. Deleting an app from the dashboard deletes its events, rollups, keys and members in one go.
4. Acceptable use
Do not send personal data through event properties — the schema forbids free text for this reason. Do not use the service to track individuals across apps or to attempt to re-identify anyone. Do not attempt to read another account's data, and do not use write keys other than in the app they were minted for.
5. Fees
Paid tiers are not yet available to buy; the Free tier is the whole of the service today. This clause states the terms that will apply when they launch. Paid tiers will be billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Monthly is the only term — there is no annual plan and no discount for paying ahead. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice, which will not affect a term already paid for. Extra apps beyond your tier's allowance will be billed at the published per-app rate. Payments are not refundable; see the refund policy.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. Access continues to the end of the paid term and is not prorated. After that the account falls back to Free limits; ingest continues and nothing is deleted beyond ordinary retention.
7. Availability and changes to the service
The service is provided as is, without warranty. There is no uptime guarantee on any tier today. Features change while the product is in active development; what shipped is recorded on the changelog. If you need a guarantee, self-host — the backend is MIT licensed and the wire contract is identical.
8. Termination
We may suspend an account that abuses the service or does not pay. Where the situation allows it, you will get notice and a chance to export first.
